Award Duration: 12 weeks of full-time research over the summer
Award Value: $2000/per award + $3,625 top-up from your supervisor (minimum). Should a supervisor wish the student to continue research beyond 12 weeks, it is strongly recommended that the student be compensated by the supervisor accordingly.

Eligibility
Applicants must have at least a B+ average in the two terms of undergraduate studies immediately preceding acceptance of the award.
Applicants must have successfully completed two terms in a full-time undergraduate program before the award period.
Students who have completed their undergraduate program are not eligible, unless they have been accepted into an undergraduate professional program (e.g., medical undergraduate degree program) or accepted to a graduate program but have not yet begun their studies.
Students currently enrolled in an undergraduate professional program (e.g., medical undergraduate degree program) are eligible to apply.
University of Toronto and non-University of Toronto students may apply, including international students (with a valid student visa for the full summer work term).
Applicants may submit only one application. Applicants cannot hold another summer research award concurrently with the Donnelly Centre Summer Student Research Award.
Successful applicants must complete their placement at the Donnelly Centre, supervised by a Donnelly Centre faculty member*.
Faculty members can only be named as the primary supervisor for one Donnelly Centre Summer Student Research Award application.
