CCRM is co-led by the Donnelly Centre researcher and Chief Scientific Officer Dr. Peter Zandstra, also a professor at IBBME, Canada Research Chair in Stem Cell Bioengineering and the recipient of a number of prestigious awards, and President and CEO Dr. Michael May – a University of Toronto alumnus.

“When we can immediately think about translating our findings into developing new technologies or  potential therapies that might benefit people – that’s a pretty neat space to work in.” Dr. Peter Zandstra
